Andrew Dyson - Director
Andy is an experienced civil engineer working in consulting since 2004 at a variety of housebuilders and consulting engineers.
Andy’s background covers all civil engineering aspects of all sectors of development. Earthworks, drainage, and
highways in particular and all project stages from pre-planning, tender and construction with a proven record of managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams to deliver clients’ requirements effectively.
Andy is a Member of the Institute of Highways Engineers and also NEC4 Accredited Site Supervisor.

Rob Thacker - Director
Rob is a highly motivated and experienced civil engineer with over 12 years of practice working at
regional and global companies.
Rob’s background is mainly on residential, commercial and industrial schemes, working with a number
of large housebuilders and companies across the UK, to ensure adoption agreements for highways and
drainage are met efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
Robs expertise is in highways, drainage and earthworks, taking projects from the initial design stages
through to the completion and handover of the site to the client.
