Submission & management of technical applications, management of sewer / highway maintenance & adoption process on-site. Liaison with design team, specialist designers & other stakeholders
Sub and superstructure design for all sectors along with retaining wall design solutions. Structural inspections for existing properties.
Deal with full adoption packages (S38,S278,S104,S185) from inspection, contractor tender, site supervision, as built drawings and health and safety packages and final adoption and bond reduction.
